How can I book this offer?
Upon payment, your booking request will be sent to the stylist via our Lashd App. Once the stylist confirms the booking, you will be sent a link to secure the booking.
Can I book this Creative directly on the Lashd app?
Absolutely. All you need to do is download the Lashd app from here if you don't already have it installed on your phone:
Once you have downloaded the app onto your phone, complete the Customer registration details. Then, whilst still on your phone, come back here and click this image below and it will take you directly to Ricki-Jean's profile in the app:
Yes, the stylist can come to you if you choose the Mobile Service in the options.
Does the stylist have a salon I can visit?
If there is an option to choose Home/Salon-Based booking in the options, then yes the Service Provider does have a salon for you to visit.
Yes, the price is inclusive of travel. If the Service Provider needs parking, please either arrange parking for the Service Provider or reimburse them for any parking expenses on the day.
Yes, of course. You can pick the stylist that best suits you.
If lashes are included in the price, it will usually say this in the option choice. If not, once your booking is confirmed with the the Service Provider, you will be able to chat directly with the Service Provider via the Lashd App.
Can I speak to the Creative before the booking?
Yes, of course. Upon confirmation of the booking between yourself and the Creative, the direct messaging feature opens up and you can discuss any details you like.
I'm not tech savvy, can you manage the whole booking process for me?
Yes, of course. If you wish for us to handle your whole booking process, we can do that for you.
Is the payment refundable?
Yes. Please refer to our T&C's for the conditions around refunds.
