How can I book this offer?

Upon payment of this deposit, your booking request will be sent to the stylist. Once the stylist advises availability during your nominated time slot, you will be sent a link to secure the booking.

Can I book this Creative directly on the Lashd app?

Absolutely, and you won't need to pay this $25 deposit if you use the app to make your booking. All you need to do is download the Lashd app from here if you don't already have it installed on your phone:

Does the stylist come to me?

Yes, the stylist comes to you as LASHD only offers mobile services.

Does it include travel?

Yes, the price is inclusive of travel. If the stylist needs parking, please either arrange parking for the stylist or reimburse the stylist for any parking expenses on the day.

Can I pick the stylist?

Yes, of course. You can pick the stylist that best suits you.

Does it include lashes?

Once you are sent the link to secure the booking, you will see the different services offerings the Creative provides, including those that include lashes.

Can I speak to the Creative before the booking?

Yes, of course. Upon confirmation of the booking between yourself and the Creative, the direct messaging feature opens up and you can discuss any details you like.

I'm not tech savvy, can you manage the whole booking process for me?

Yes, of course. If you wish for us to handle your whole booking process, we can do that for you.

What is this deposit for?

This deposit is your request to secure the booking of your choice. The LASHD team will liaise with the Creative and others if required, to secure your desired booking time.

Is the deposit refundable?

No, the deposit is not refundable.

Why is it asking for a shipping address?

It's just how this particular system was originally created. Place your address in this section but the next step, when you receive the link to complete your booking, is where the booking details will be much more precise.

Can I make a booking further into the future?

Of course, once you have paid your deposit here, email us at info@lashd.com with your preferred dates and your order # and we'll take care of that for you.
